Foco é a competitividade sustentável na cadeia produtiva do setor para posicionar o Brasil entre as 5 maiores economias do mundo
Este ano a Fiesp traz ao Construbusiness 2012- 10° Congresso Brasileiro da Construção mais do que debates e propostas com foco na Cadeia Produtiva da Construção. A entidade elaborou um programa completo, chamado Compete Brasil, que será entregue aos representantes dos três níveis de governo: Federal, Estadual e Municipal.
O Compete Brasil traz soluções estruturadas e integradas para resolver dificuldades ainda não solucionadas no setor de Construção até 2022 (ano do bicentenário da República). O Objetivo central é elevar o Brasil à condição de 5ª economia do planeta, uma vez que o setor de Construção é responsável por 8% do PIB do Brasil e por 42% da Formação Bruta de Capital Fixo. Para cada R$ 1 produzido nesse setor, R$ 1,88 são adicionados à produção total do país, cada R$ 1 milhão investidos em Construção, 70 novos empregos são criados no Brasil. A construção remunera seus trabalhadores em média 11,7% acima de outros setores da economia.
O Programa elaborado pela Fiesp oferece soluções em Planejamento e Gesão ; Aspectos Institucionais e Segurança Jurídica; Funding; Mão de Obra; Impactos Tributários e Custos Produtivos, além de Sustentabilidade. “teremos de produzir mais de 23 milhões de moradias até 2022, isso implica uma necessidade de investimento de R$ 250 bilhões por ano, o que leva, em 12 anos, a um montante de R$ 3 trilhões. Para infraestrutura, a meta de investimentos até 2022 supera os R$ 2 trilhões”, afirma José Carlos de Oliveira Lima, vice-presidente da Fiesp e presidente do Conselho Superior da Indústria da Construção.
O Construbusiness acontece na sede da Fiesp (av. Paulista 1313 – Teatro do Sesi) em São Paulo, e contará com as presenças de convidados ilustres e autoridades como o vice-presidente da república, Michel Temer; a ministra do Planejamento, Miriam Belchior, a secretária nacional da Habitação, Inês Magalhães, o presidente da Fiesp, Paulo Skaf e do vice-presidente da Fiesp e presidente do Conselho Superior da Construção, José Carlos de Oliveira Lima.
