No Sofá com Brian Strumke, que estará presente no Brasil à La Carte, no Expo Renault Barigui
**** Do Brasil a La Carte, festival de gastronomia que Curitiba sediará entre os dias 28 e 30 deste mês, participarão sete microcervejarias paranaenses com seus produtos premiados. Também é esperado o norte-americano Brian Strumke, criador da Stillwater Artisanal Ales, que fará palestra sobre A Vida de Cervejeiro Itinerante, e será juiz do BrewChef 1ª Edição.
Strumke também dará início a uma parceria com o cervejeiro paranaense André Junqueira: os dois “cervejeiros ciganos” (sem fábrica própria, produzem suas cervejas em espaços de terceiros) produzirão uma cerveja, maturada em barris de amburana, que terá cupuaçu na composição.
