A noite da última quinta-feira (19/10) marcou um grande momento para a Praia Brava, em Itajaí. A Mendes Empreendimentos apresentou oficialmente a entrega do primeiro hotel butique, o Brava Mundo, que ainda tem um diferencial; vai operar no sistema de multipropriedade, inédito no Estado. A abertura oficial para hóspedes e proprietários acontece hoje, dia 26.

A multipropriedade é uma tendência imobiliária crescente no Brasil e já consagrada na Europa e Estados Unidos desde a década de 60.

Para Nathalia Mendes Schaadt, sócia do Brava Mundo a Praia Brava foi o local perfeito para abrigar o projeto. “A ideia surgiu em 2017. Nós víamos que nossa região atende um público muito sofisticado, mas que muitas vezes não desejavam investir em uma segunda ou terceira propriedade de férias. Foi aí que idealizamos o Brava Mundo. Desde então, não paramos mais até a entrega”, orgulha-se a executiva.

Em números absolutos, o empreendimento soma investimentos totais de quase R$ 70 milhões, o que o confirma como um dos únicos empreendimentos butique multipropriedade do Brasil. Nathalia acrescenta que neste sistema, o proprietário de um apartamento no Brava Mundo usufrui de um serviço de hotel quatro estrelas, com todo conforto e comodidade. “O Brava Mundo está ligado ao que há de mais moderno no mundo e é isso que queremos oferecer aos co-proprietários, as exclusividades e facilidades que este novo sistema permite”, disse.

Com inspiração no modelo hotel boutique, o Brava Mundo conta com um rooftop sunset, com gastronomia assinada por restaurante italiano, de São Paulo, e no hall de entrada, com pé direito duplo, um bar para atender tanto aos hóspedes, quanto aos visitantes externos, perfeito para happy hours.
