Centenária cervejaria de Cascavel foi apresentada em evento de harmonização com cardápio do chef Edson Moraes

Para quem faz do hábito de beber uma experiência social, há atualmente um universo de novas cervejas. Porém, algumas delas estão há muito tempo no mercado, antes da grande onda da cerveja se instalar. É o caso da Cervejaria Providência, de Cascavel, cujos rótulos foram apresentados para os participantes da noite de harmonização do Clube de Degustação da Adega Saint Germain, que aconteceu na última terça-feira, 15 de maio, na loja Ecoville.

Na ocasião, foram comentadas por Rodrigo Chervinsky, da Cervejaria Providência, três cervejas:

Pilsen, Weizen e Dunkel, combinadas com um cardápio especial do chef Edson de Moraes da Saint Germain.

Tomando “Providência”

A Cervejaria Providência foi fundada em 1901 pelo imigrante sueco Ernesto Bengtsson. Já com títulos e menções internacionais, passou a fabricar, em 1915, a Providência Escura, Pilsen e a Sueca Especial. Primeira cervejaria do Sul do Brasil a exportar seus produtos para países da América do Sul, foi vendida em 1945 pelos herdeiros. Em agosto de 2008 teve início um novo empreendimento no ramo de Micro Cervejarias, oferecendo ao público uma cerveja de qualidade superior, um produto puro e saboroso, que não utiliza cereais não maltados.
