A Morar Mais Porto Alegre (R. Santa Cecília, 2189) estreia na sexta-feira, 11 de outubro, mais uma novidade de sua primeira edição. A partir das 20 horas, a mostra abre as portas para inaugurar seu Circuito Gastronômico. A primeira convidada é a chef Flavinha Mello, que promete uma experiência inesquecível e completa, com entrada, prato principal e sobremesa. O valor do jantar é R$ 120,00 e inclui a visitação à Mostra, com bebidas alcoólicas sendo pagas separadamente. A noite será iniciada com burrata acompanhada de tomates, nozes e molho pesto. Para o prato principal, Flavinha Mello prepara um nhoque em duas versões: uma com ragu de cordeiro e uma opção vegetariana com sálvia e manteiga.
Finalizando o cardápio, cheesecake de frutas vermelhas. Esta é a primeira edição do Circuito Gastronômico, que promete apresentar outros reconhecidos nomes da gastronomia local durante a Morar Mais. Sempre fechados para apenas 20 pessoas por noite, os encontros acontecem no ambiente assinado pelo arquiteto Michel Keller.

Nascida em Caxias do Sul e de família italiana, Flavinha Mello começou cedo na cozinha, acompanhando de perto os preparos de sua avó. Pós-graduada em Nutrição, consagrou-se cozinheira de mão cheia através de jantares íntimos, onde se aperfeiçoou. Após um curso com o chef senegalês Mamadou Sène, desabrochou o antigo sonho de trabalhar com as panelas e criar novos sabores.
