Ação beneficia projetos culturais paranaenses aprovados nas leis Rouanet e do Audiovisual
A Secretaria de Estado da Cultura (SEEC) abre hoje, 25 de fevereiro, as inscrições para a edição 2013 da Conta Cultura. Cerca de R$ 3,5 milhões serão disponibilizados pelas empresas patrocinadoras para incentivar projetos de empreendedores paranaenses, previamente aprovados na Lei Rouanet e/ou na Lei do Audiovisual, do Ministério da Cultura (MinC). As inscrições podem ser feitas até 30 de abril. O regulamento já está disponível no site www.cultura.pr.gov.br.
Esta edição traz novidades na forma de avaliação. Serão formadas comissões técnicas para análise dos projetos por área – artes cênicas, artes visuais e artes digitais e eletrônicas, audiovisual, humanidades, música e patrimônio cultural. Cada comissão será composta por três membros, sendo um representante da SEEC, um indicado pelo Conselho Estadual da Cultura e um escolhido dentre os quadros pertencentes às empresas patrocinadoras, entidades culturais, e/ou universidades públicas e privadas.
Todos os membros deverão ter experiência comprovada na área específica para a qual foi designado e poderão compor mais de uma comissão. Os critérios de avaliação também foram complementados com notas ponderadas que serão atribuídas individualmente.
Esta é a quarta edição da Conta Cultura que tem como objetivo facilitar a parceria entre empreendedores e empresas interessadas em patrocinar projetos culturais. As três edições anteriores propiciaram o atendimento de 105 projetos de diversas regiões do Paraná, viabilizados com recursos de cerca de R$ 9 milhões, disponibilizados pelas empresas parceiras. As estatais Copel, Sanepar, Compagás, Agência de Fomento do Paraná, Banco Regional de Desenvolvimento do Extremo Sul (BRDE) e ELEJOR – Centrais Elétricas do Rio Jordão S.A. destinaram recursos do imposto de renda para projetos paranaenses, conforme previsto nas metas de governo para a área da cultura.
