A primeira edição deste ano do Gnocchi della Fortuna do PaneOlio Ristorante & Caffè acontece na quarta-feira, dia 29, como reza uma antiga tradição que nasceu na Itália e que hoje encontra muitos adeptos no Brasil. Conhecido por aqui como o “nhoque da sorte“, a superstição consiste em comer a popular massa de batata, sempre no dia 29 de cada mês, como forma de aumentar a fartura.
A ação é desenvolvida em parceria com a Soviagem Turismo e Câmbio, que deixa uma nota de um dólar sob cada prato para aumentar a sorte da clientela. Parte da renda arrecadada com o Gnocchi della Fortuna vem sendo destinado todos os meses para manutenção do trabalho do Centro Social Esperança.
Para quem só pensa em degustar as delícias, as opções preparadas pelos chefes Betinho Valente e Fabio Campos prometem agradar. As sugestões para o almoço e jantar são: o Gnocchi che Fila (de batata ao molho sugo, mussarela de búfala e manjericão); Grigliata di Frutti di Mare (com tentáculos de polvo, lula, camarão, mexilhão e cubos de peixe grelhados com massa de batata salsa na manteiga); Carret di Maialino com Gnocchi (carret de leitão com gnocchi de batata doce, ao molho de maça e canela); Gnhocchi Ripieno (massa de batata recheada com damasco ao molho roquefort); Gnocchi ai Ragu di Costella (massa de batata com ragu e queijo coalho); Filetto com Gnocchi che Fila (mignon grelhado com gnocchi de batata ao molho sugo, mussarela de búfala e manjericão).
