O ceviche é um prato típico da culinária peruana desenvolvido tradicionalmente com cubos de peixe cru branco marinado em suco de limão. Consumido há mais de dois mil anos por povos incas e latino-americanos, o preparo chegou com força em terras brasileiras e já ganhou o coração dos curitibanos. Apesar da receita simples, a criatividade dos chefs possibilita diversas releituras do clássico, oferecendo novos sabores e experiências.
Pensando neste preparo repleto de sabores e texturas, a Rua 24 Horas, um dos pontos turísticos e de entretenimento mais tradicionais da capital paranaense, vai promover o 1º Ceviche Fest Curitiba neste final de semana, nos dias 24, 25 e 26 de janeiro. Durante os três dias do evento gastronômico, os restaurantes Bávaro e Prinzen vão servir dezenas releituras do ceviche com preços especiais a partir de R$ 15.
Entre os destaques do evento estão o suculento ceviche misto de peixe branco, salmão e camarão com limão e cebola roxa; o ceviche de salmão com arroz, batata gratinada e cebola caramelizada; o sanduíche de ceviche no pão integral com maionese leve artesanal e salada; e o ceviche de camarão quente ao molho de manteiga.
