O Laghetto Vertice Manhattan inaugurou ontem, oficialmente, durante coquetel para a imprensa, convidados e amigos do Grupo Laghetto de Hotéis, o Lounge Casa Micheletto. Localizado no coração do bairro Moinhos de Vento e em frente ao Jardim do Dmae, o restaurante possui acessos externos, na esquina das ruas 24 de Outubro com Miguel Tostes.
A cozinha é comandada pelo chef Fábio Tomazini, que busca o equilíbrio entre a forma de comer gaúcha com a técnica da cozinha francesa. Ao meio-dia a casa funciona com buffet aberto ao público; à noite, as opções são para happy hour e cardápio à la carte do restaurante. O chef Tomazini conduz, também, a cozinha do Casa Micheletto, restaurante do Laghetto Viverone Moinhos.
Com arquitetura elegante, o Lounge Casa Micheletto traz projeto assinado pelos arquitetos Alexandre Viero, Andréia Weiler e Sílvia Benedetti. O trio mesclou referências modernistas com os tijolos aparentes das town houses de Nova Iorque para dar o tom do espaço. A cor fica por conta do color block amarelo e lilás usado no local. O espaço faz parte da primeira edição da Mostra Elite Design, que acontece no Clube de Regatas Guaíba, em Porto Alegre, até 30 de novembro de 2017.
No deck frontal, os tijolos foram combinados com pérgolas metálicas para dar um clima de charme aos happy hour. Para completar, a lareira na parte externa, permite aproveitar o espaço independente do clima. Na área interna, onde será servido o café da manhã aos hóspedes, a proposta é uma concepção modernista, alinhada à tradição europeia, destacando os sabores marcantes da culinária contemporânea e cosmopolita.
Para o gestor do Laghetto Vértice Manhattan, Robson Martins, o Lounge Casa Micheletto revitaliza o bairro. “Além das opções de café da manhã e almoço, que permitem que o cliente viva a experiência gastronômica da Laghetto, o espaço também vai movimentar o fim de tarde e a noite do bairro, sendo um ponto de encontro para happy hour e jantar”, destaca.
